Primary Tasks:

Provide technical support of audio visual equipment. Provide demonstration of audio visual equipment to users. Basic setup and teardown of the equipment. Maintenance and operations of recording devices. Knowledge of computer based presentation systems.

Information:

This position is a volunteer, non-employment position with the City of Austin. In times of emergency volunteers may be activated by the City to respond to the emergency.

Minimum
Qualifications:

High school or GED. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Previous experience supporting the computer based presentation systems. Basic knowledge of audio visual devices. Ability to perform effectively in an emergency. Skill in handling hostile, conflict, and uncertain situations.



Licenses:

Valid TX class C Drivers License Required.
