Primary Tasks:

Responsible for administrative duties within the IT inventory management function. Maintains records and databases containing information regarding organization's hardware and software. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under general supervision.

Information:

This position is a volunteer, non-employment position with the City of Austin. In times of emergency volunteers may be activated by the City to respond to the emergency.

Minimum
Qualifications:

High school or GED. Ability to lift 40 lbs. Previous experience tracking assets. Ability to perform effectively in an emergency. Skill in handling hostile, conflict, and uncertain situations.

Licenses:

Valid TX class C Drivers License Required.
