Activation procedures
During an emergency, refer to these activation procedures
If there is an emergency in which the CTM CIO determines a need to use the TRT program, individual program volunteers will be contacted by CTM employees.
- Ensure that your contact information is up to date with the TRT administrator yearly;
- If contacted by a CTM employee, document the following in writing:
- The address and directions to the location you will be working;
- The times you will be working;
- Who you should contact when you arrive;
- Contact information for the person calling you;
- Contact information for where you will be working.
- Proceed to the facility at the time requested.
- Bring your TRT identification card and present it upon arrival.
- Before leaving after your shift, be sure to ask if there will be a need for additional shifts for you to cover.
